SO far my knees are seeming to benefit from this plus anti-inflammatory herbs. However, at 68 years old, I have some "locking" joints in my fingers from lack of synovial fluid. (Yes it's creepy feeling when they lock in a curled position!) So far I haven't used this to the level needed to stop my fingers from "locking." Planning to take more consistently to see if I can reduce this. I am combining this with essential fatty acids, silica and anti-inflammatory herbs. ++cj
