According to the supplement information page of this product, it seems it has been packed full with vitamins and such. Since I'm a huge fan of Oh Yeah chocolate bars, I had high hopes for this one in regards to taste. It didn't taste bad, but it's not the best either. It's not thick as some of these drinks may be. All in all, a good product, but don't expect a super tasting milkshake, but that of course is my opinion.
