Is helping me be Fit and Lean

Have been using this product for a couple of months as part of an improvement plan to my overall health. I've lifted weights for many years but rarely did much cardio. Included cardio into my routine and then added this as a sometime meal replacement and sometime between meal addition. I've lost weight that I had hoped not to but lost fat quicker than I could add muscle(I'm 60 so muscle is harder to add). The product tastes ok, I've had better and much worse. I prefer the vanilla but add chocolate to it (minimal calorie addition). So far when I've checked I have gotten close to 11 servings out of the 10 serving container. I am most definitely leaner than I was and I believe this product deserves some of the credit but to be Fit and Lean you'll have to do more than have F & L smoothies.
